Alexis Krivkovich

Managing Partner, Silicon Valley, McKinsey & Company

Alexis Krivkovich is the Managing Partner for McKinsey’s Silicon Valley Office, a leader in McKinsey’s Banking Practice and oversees McKinsey’s FinTech efforts in North America.  Her work centers on driving growth and productivity at scale including: customer experience redesign, product and service innovation, organizational agility and change management.  Alexis also co-leads Women in the Workplace, the largest research study that exists on gender diversity in the workplace.

Alexis holds a B.A. with distinction in Public Policy and Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and three young daughters.
