Claudia is KPMG’s Chief Culture Officer. Prior to this role, Claudia was the U.S. leader of the People & Change Practice, and global sponsor of the firm’s Behavioral Change Management (BCM) Methodology/Framework.

Claudia has led client engagements in the area of organizational change and culture transformation, talent management and HR optimization.  She has worked with clients in a variety of industries and geographies.

  • Worked with the CEO and leadership team of a U.S. high-tech client on the execution of an organizational culture change strategy that helped bring together disparate cultures and mindsets following a period of acquisition-driven growth.
  • Led a Talent Management initiative at a global hospitality company, culminating in systemic recommendations designed to improve the recruitment, retention, development and advancement of high performing diverse resources.
  • Led the Talent Management work stream of an Enterprise Finance Transformation at a large utility. Areas within scope included establishment of the Finance People Development Strategy and Roadmap.
  • Worked with HR and Shared Services leaders of a consumer products company on a comprehensive re-design of key HR processes, driving business units and field organizations with disparate processes to a standardized future state.
  • Worked with the CIO and direct reports of a large wireless telecommunications provider to facilitate the design of an IT transformation strategy and roadmap, including the build out of IT business partner roles.
  • Led the transformation management team charged with overseeing the numerous initiatives comprising an organization-wide cultural transformation at a global consumer products company.
  • Worked with the senior leadership team of a global consumer packaged goods company to help them identify the leadership competency implications of a new strategic plan with increasing focus on emerging market growth.
  • Guided finance executives in a large utility in the development of a People Strategy for a high performing finance function.
  • Led the change management work stream of an enterprise finance transformation at a large utility. Areas within scope included establishment of the finance strategy and overall finance transformation roadmap.
  • Directed the change management effort (including project branding, leadership and stakeholder engagement, workforce/job impact and communication) associated with the migration to a common corporate consolidation and reporting platform at a global food company.
