Nikki Eberhardt

Nikki’s life goal is to power people with audacious solutions, armed to tackle the globe’s most intractable challenges. She seeks to disrupt at the intersection of tech and scalable social impact.

She is Assistant Professor of Business at Minerva Project—teaching startup finance, marketing and social entrepreneurship—reinventing university experience and building 21st century global leaders and innovators.

Eberhardt works on Delta Air Line’s Global Talent Team, crafting strategies for leadership development, talent acquisition and mentor culture. Nikki is Director of Strategic Partnerships for Z School and EVP Impact for eThree, pioneering a digital platform with influencers, brands and charities to effect change.

Inspired by Pope Francis, her team converged on the Vatican to bring social investors, entrepreneurs and influencers to Laudato Si Challenge. She and her colleague convened “Blockchain, AI, Future of Impact Investing” for Skoll World Forum. She is and was keynote speaker at Oxford Capstone and outside World Economic Forum Davos event. She will MC as Co-Host for Pioneers19 in Vienna—Europe’s flagship tech summit.

Nikki works talent and business development with Global Citizen—a movement harnessing influencers, world leaders and most influential corporates with voices of 8M Global Citizens, raising over $40B in commitments and driving 100M+ digital actions to end poverty.

Nikki was TEDx Oxford presenter, curator/editor of “Responsible Business” for Progress Daily and communications lead for Delta.

She was event producer at Sundance Film Festival for Nelson Mandela’s grandson, Fortune 500 Charity Matchmaker and senior manager promoting a peace film with Nelson Mandela Foundation. She was partner with United Way and International Rescue Committee to move the needle for refugees.

Nikki was Co-Founder + President to a UN Women Chapter.

She is a PhD(ABD) Global Sociology, Masters of Arts of International Development and an Oxford MBA.
